알바생은 침대에서 90일을 보내면 됩니다. 움직이는건 머리나 발올리는건 허용되구요. 스마트폰이나 실컷 하는거죠. 폐인에게 적합.
다음의 조건입니다.
“Participants will spend 90 days lying in bed,
(except for limited times for specific tests) with their body slightly tilted downward (head down, feet up). Every day, they will be awake for 16 hours and lights out (asleep) for 8 hours.”
